Returns We accept returns within within 30 days of delivery date for domestic orders. International orders are eligible for returns within 60 days of delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@loveisfromgod.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Damaged items caused by misuse or improper care
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@loveisfromgod.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
